Rhythm Everywhere: Workshop Series by Dr. Rohan Krishnamurthy

An exciting, 3-hour hands-on rhythm workshop with Dr. Rohan Krishnamurthy, world-renowned artist and entrepreneur, and Artist-in-Residence at Sangam Arts.

Open to musicians, dancers, and community members of all ages, levels, and backgrounds.

Topics to be covered include:

• Fundamentals of rhythm
• Fundamentals of Indian rhythmic theory
• Vocal percussion
• Interactive rhythm exercises for musicians and dancers
• Analyzing, performing, and composing rhythmic compositions
• Appreciating the art and science of Indian percussion
