Teaching

Rohan has been invited to teach in a variety of pedagogical environments, including college and university courses, applied performance ensembles, summer institutes, clinics and workshops, residencies, juvenile centers, homeless shelters, and a private percussion studio. In each environment, in-person and online, he strives to achieve a teaching style that is student-centered, goal-driven, collaborative, well-rounded, and fun! In the spirit of traditional Indian music pedagogy, he cultivates a long-term, mutually respectful relationship between teacher and student, and instills the value of lifelong learning and improvement.
